Refunds are only offered if we (Alpha K9 Group Ltd) have to cancel your booking ourselves from no fault of the customer.

You may request to cancel your service(s), if already paid up to 72 hours before the date and time of the booking. All bookings are non refundable but we do offer a transfer service to another date if available. 

 

Any cancellations made 72 hours before the booking may qualify for a transfer (transferred to a different date/time of the same service). This will depend on our availability on the date and time you want to transfer to.

 

Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the booking date/time will not receive a refund nor a transfer.

If in any way you are unable to attend any of the service(s) you have booked you will need to notify us prior to your booking. Any failures to be present at the time of the scheduled service(s) will be subjected to 50% of the total invoiced + 50p

per mile travelled from OX29 8FP.

When booking any of our services you will receive an invoice via the email you provided upon booking you therefore agree that:

Payment is to be made 7 days from the initial first booking date. Please note that a late payment fee of £5.00 will be added to this invoice for every day overdue. The late payment fee is capped at 14 days from the first day missed (£70.00). We reserve the right to cancel any bookings that fall after the 14 days. Any outstanding moneys owed must be collected or paid.

 

When you book an appointment, you agree to these terms.
